STIDE: Stronger Together, Tides of Inclusion
16–25 January 2027 · Ravenna, Italy · 35 people from 5 countries · Hosted by Viva Erasmus
Project at a glance
What is STIDE about?
Many young people with migrant backgrounds live in the same cities as their peers, yet still feel invisible or left out. STIDE brings local and migrant youth together as equals to share stories, break stereotypes and build real trust through non-formal learning.
"Not beneficiaries of inclusion, but makers of it."
Our goals
- Reduce stereotypes and social distance between local and migrant youth
- Empower young people with migrant backgrounds to speak in their own voice
- Build intercultural skills: empathy, communication, teamwork
- Test inclusive non-formal methods youth workers can reuse
- Grow active citizens who multiply inclusion at home
- Make youth work a space where everyone belongs
